We exist as an international evangelical organization that seek to reach out to communities with the saving knowledge of Christ. As part of the Great Commission given by the Lord Jesus Christ in Mathew 28:19-20, MissionsToday seeks to GO to all Nations and empower communities around the world through the Gospel of Christ. These communities include the least reached tribes, cities and nations. The gospel of Christ is the pivot around which MissionsToday runs. The missions involve sports missions, women and children missions, campus missions where all kinds of professionals are involved to ignite Gods missions in the nations.


Mission

Our existence is primarily to spread the good news of salvation to the world. We achieve this through partnerships with missions minded churches and organization who are evangelizing, discipling, planting and growing healthy churches, while training leaders among the unreached people for the glory of God to be revealed in all the nations

We envision a world where the Lordship of Jesus Christ is known through evangelical outreaches and holistic development of individuals and communities.

Spiritual Objectives

  • To train shepherds in the work of personal soul wining and discipleship.
  • To embark on missionary activities within in the scope of health, women and children as well as school campus based missions
  • To create in disciples a desire to be filled with and led by the Holy Spirit
  • To teach disciples to be consciousness and readiness at any moment for the Lord’s return.
  • To teach disciples to obtain a proficiency in Scripture knowledge and an understanding of how the truths of the Word of God apply to everyday life.

Gender Equality and Women Empowerment Objectives

  • To reach communities with health workers purposely to educate pregnant women, nursing mothers and children and enhance maternal health.
  • To undertake philanthropic activities such as distribution of clothing, food, children materials among deprived mothers and children.
  • To end all forms of discrimination against all women and girls globally.
  • To advocate against all forms of violence against all women and girls in the areas of child trafficking and sexual and other types of exploitation.
  • To advocate against all harmful practices, such as child, early and forced marriage and female genital mutilation.

Environmental Protection and Sustainability Objectives

  • To conserve, restore and sustain the use of freshwater ecosystems
  • To promote the sustainable management of all types of forests through afforestation thereby restoring degraded forests.
  • To combat desertification, restore degraded land and soil, including land affected by desertification, drought and floods, and thereby helping to achieve a land degradation-neutral world

    We understanding that our lives belong to the Lord, and therefore we strive to be faithful stewards of all that He has given us including the use of our time, talents, and possessions for the glory of God.  (I Corinthians 4:2; Romans 14:11-12; Luke 12:15; Malachi 3:8-11)
